Formulation

ChloraPrep, a combination of 2% chlorhexidine gluconate (CHG) and 70% isopropyl alcohol (IPA), helps improve clinical patient outcomes. ChloraPrep helps reduce the skin-dwelling microorganisms that can cause bloodstream infections (BSIs) and surgical site infections (SSIs). The efficacious formulation and single-use applicator system supports infection-control guidelines for reducing incidences of BSIs and SSIs.
